You may have heard Henry Ford’s famous quote above? 

I first read it in the book Think and Grow Rich myself and it’s stuck with me ever since. It’s always a good one to pull out of the bag when you are suffering from that nasty old enemy - self doubt.

It hits upon the universal truth that EVERYTHING is in the mind. It can control you or you can control it.
