Today’s pic is of my new telescope - a late birthday present from my partner. It’s awesome
!
I can see all sorts of things with it from our front windows which overlook the Firth of Clyde and the Ayrshire coast on the other side - about 15 miles away.
I can also see the individual craters on the moon, mars, jupiter and the milky way.
In theory when I look at the distant stars I’m actually looking into the past - because those are so far away that light takes a very long time to reach us - even with a powerful telescope.
But I can’t see into the future with it. Wouldn’t want to even if I could.
I wouldn’t have believed my own eyes if I’d looked into my future 2 years ago just after being made redundant from my corporate career and seen where I am now.
Because there are some things we just can’t control and really we shouldn’t waste any of our precious time time worrying about them.
Instead we should concentrate on the things we can control.
Like our own financial and lifestyle independence.
With the telescope we can see
things clearly that are invisible to the naked eye.
With an ultra modern digital business system that leverages our technologically advanced world we can see possibilities that were out of reach not long ago for most of us.
Like my SFM mentors, I feel it’s part of my mission in life to
make as many people as I can aware of this.
I truly wish I’d found this sooner but I’m grateful that I eventually did and that I’m now in a position to share it with those that really want to make a difference to their lives and to the lives of others.
Like the lens on a mega powerful
telescope!
Take a look at what’s possible!
Cheers
