Hi folks - Hope you had a fine weekend.
It looked like this here last night (above) from our living room
window.
As I returned from the local DIY store yesterday with our umpteenth can of paint to finish off the last few remaining rooms in our new house I couldn’t help but think what a great business they have here.
They must make a fortune - they certainly have from us! And every time I go there it’s busy (7 days
a week)
They are not the only game in town for painting and decorating, hardware, household and garden stuff and they sure ain’t the cheapest but they get my vote for best in town for several reasons:
They have a good
website
They have everything you need - if they don’t they’ll get it for you.
They have a car park
They have a petrol
station
They have a coffee shop - and the coffee is good.
Notice I put website first? You’d be amazed at the number of businesses that still don’t have a decent, informative website. As Bill Gates said a few years back I agree“Any business that’s not on
the internet won’t be in business for long”
I agree and I think he’s been proven right. The internet is the fist place I go to look for things - how about you?
If a business doesn’t have site they aren’t getting my business
But if they do have and when their business offers as much value as above - I don’t care that they are a couple of miles further away that the competition, or that they’re a little pricier.
But a business like that is a lot of work. They have premises, staff, a massive
range of stock to control and lots of other expenses like insurance rent and rates …. the list goes on. They also have to keep the place heated and lit 7 days a week.
SFM and DEA will teach you how to run a hugely profitable, extremely popular internet business that doesn’t have any of the expenses incurred by a traditional business.
Their ethos is the same as the shop I talked about - offer massive value, convenience, ease of use so that people simply would not consider going anywhere else.
That’s the kind of business they have and it’s the kind you should have.
You just need to want it - then apply
