Next week starts tomorrow ....
I got a great email this weekend from an SFM member who joined through me a while ago.
It was a long one (if you are reading this Natalie I
hope my reply made sense) and it brought up a few points I thought would be useful to clarify for all my subscribers - those who are members of SFM and DEA as well as those who are not.
First of all neither SFM or DEA are MLM (Multi - level marketing) businesses. In fact one of the sales funnels included is called “An alternative to MLM” and features Stuart Ross covering in detail the
difference between high ticket affiliate marketing (SFM and DEA) and MLM.
The business does have a couple of residual recurring income streams:
1. - part of a members monthly membership fee goes to the affiliate who introduced them.
2. If a new member purchases an autoresponder through their introducer’s affiliate link then again a % age of that monthly charge goes to the introducer. That is nothing to do with SFM however - it’s purely an affiliate deal between the software company Aweber and the affiliate.
MLM is very different. That’s where your income depends on you recruiting people
to your business and on them recruiting people to theirs. Its very like pyramid selling except that it’s legal.
I have nothing against MLM except that it is now a dated business model and is way too much work!
Affiliate marketing is actually just direct selling on the internet. Many of the information
products you can sell as an affiliate include recurring income streams just as SFM and DEA do.
There is of course a DEA product range.
The products are basically business partnerships at various levels. When you upgrade you receive enhanced marketing training and you become eligible for higher commissions in
any sales that you make.
Again this is just how the affiliate marketing model works at its best:
Not only does it give you choices in the level of coaching and mentorship you want to receive but allows you to position yourself at the highest earnings potential you can.
Here’s an example - If you are a basic SFM member and through your marketing sell a DEA Black product at $20,000 (this happens quite often by the way) you would earn 5% of that - $1000.
But if you were a DEA Black partner yourself you would earn $40% of that sale - $8000 (you would also be on retreat in Mexico with Stuart, Jay and a number of other Black level affiliate
partners right now)
If you positioned at DEA Gold as I did that sale would earn you $6000
You seriously need to grasp this if you are looking to start a profitable online business as an affiliate.
SFM and
DEA offer one of - if not THE Best - and fairest affiliate deals on the market today. They also offer the best training - as evidenced by the many many successful affiliates they have - AND provide the flexibility to use their training and business systems to promote any other affiliate products you choose.
But choose them wisely....
Not all internet affiliate marketing business are equal !
Cheers
