I’m currently taking part in a marketing mastermind with Jay Kubassek and one of his mentors - an amazing guy called John Jackson.
It involves a daily podcast of about 20 minutes with either Jay or John depending on the day of the week.
One of the first take aways for me was from JJ when he told us about the “Certainty Quotient”.
Ever heard of that? -Me neither…
This is it: As entrepreneurs we need to make business decisions all the time - just as we do in the other areas of our
lives.
But we can really only ever be a certain percent certain its the right decision.
The certainty quotient is basically the %age certainty you are prepared to run with when you make a decision.
If you think about the last big decision you made - were you 50%, 60%, 75% confident you were making the right decision?
Whatever it was is YOUR certainty quotient. If you know it (roughly) then you can use it to help make decisions.
Especially with hindsight: If the last decision
you made worked out well and you were 60% certain it would then its a good benchmark for future decisions.
One of the factors involved in the decision making process is risk.
That is why the SFM application process has been made risk free with a 30 day money back guarantee. This lets you evaluate the
system, get a feel for the level of education on offer and talk to a dedicated business adviser.
No entrepreneur would be unhappy with that.
Cheers
