As anyone who was at SFM’s Momentum day in London at the weekend will tell you there was enough going on to write a book about.

One of the key points that seem to have stuck home with a lot of people was covered by both Stuart and Jay in their amazing presentations.

Happiness brings success - Success doesn’t bring happiness - you need the happiness first. 

Stuart explained how this has become obvious to him since leaving his well paid real estate job and going into internet marketing back in 2008.

He told us that even when he was still working and earning £100K per year selling houses he was actually very unhappy and unfulfilled. 

As a naturally introverted person he had to create a “work persona” to be that corporate person.  

Maybe you can identify with that? - I know I can (even though I never had quite the success or income he achieved) 

He went on to say that even when he found massive success online pretty early: 2 Porches on the driveway of his great big house, month long holidays in Thailand and Mauritius etc - he soon found himself unfulfilled and unhappy again.

So how did he get his mojo back? 

By taking a long hard look at what is really important in life - friends, family, nutrition, health, providing value to the world and happiness. 

These are all things that can easily be neglected in the corporate world and in business when we are at the mercy of time. 

The great joy of an internet business is of course that it can provide enormous wealth but more that it provides you with a lot more time to concentrate on those all important thing listed above. 

In the internet business world time is not money - time is time and money is money (Stuart is hilarious on this point)
