Affiliate marketing - the best business model in the world IMHO - is dead simple.
All it involves is introducing people to
things - really that’s it.
As long as you them introduce them to really good things:
1. Things that can solve their problems or make their lives better in some way
2. Things
they are actually looking for
It’s a truly rewarding and kind of wonderful way to make a living.
You introduce those things to people online in a variety of ways: By making videos, writing useful content, advertising and
via social media.
All of those things are actually really enjoyable - both to learn and to do (especially when you see the results)
They don’t take 40 hours a week to do, you don’t need to sell or chase people and you can do them from anywhere in the world.
And you can learn them quite quickly.
Its exactly how all things in the world are sold - by
introducing products and services but in a much smarter and friendly way.
It’s what I did when I was a business development manager but I needed to: Cold call, set up meetings - and travel to and from them in a car - chase people up, achieve targets and sit in an office in between.
I fully believed in
what I was selling (audio visual events production and equipment hire) as I do now, but it took me on average 60 hours a week and I was paid what my bosses felt that was worth.
Now I realise that my time is MUCH more valuable than that. I make thousands of dollars from videos, blogs, advertising, and social media. Very often the sales come when I’m
asleep, from things I wrote or filmed months ago.
When, after spending 12 years of my life working that way, my job was made redundant, I reinvested the pay off in my education and learned with SFM, how to get paid what I deserve and to live the kind of life I’d only dreamt of.
So I ask you -
What is your time worth?
