Here's a great tip for you - it's something I was sceptical about when I first heard my mentor Stuart Ross talking about it.
But as he proves to be right most of the time I thought I'd give it a try…
It's just this - Start your day by drinking a pint of water.
Leave the coffee till later - do
the water first.
There are several reasons why this is so great for you.
It re-hydrates you for a start. We dehydrate when we sleep and as we are composed largely of water we need to put it back.
It really helps the brain - try it for a week and I'll bet you feel more focused, more energised, more creative and just a better version of you.
You might find it hard to get down at first but after a few days you'll look forward to it.
Drinking a pint of water before you go to bed is often touted as a great hangover cure - it isn't. You just end up getting up several times to visit the loo and feel more tired for it in the morning.
If you do it in the morning that doesn't happen because your body absorbs it like a dry
desert.
