A few years ago I had the chance to quote for audio visual support for a Tony Robbins event. 


Sadly the bid that me and our team put together wasn't accepted so I didn't get the chance to see him live at Cameron House in Loch Lomond. 


But I've watched a lot of his videos since and was re-watching one this morning

It's one of the amazing TED talks videos that are freely available and well worth catching when you have some spare time - much better than watching TV! 


This one is titled "Why we do what we do".


Tony Discusses the decisions that shape our destinies - he talks about the decisions he made when he was 17 - they seem to have been good ones! 


If you watch the video you'll learn a lot about what drives us to achieve the needs we all have.
