One of my SFM friends was telling me about last weekend's SFM Momentum day in London on Skype this morning.
She had made some notes one of the presentations given by Stuart Ross on how to think like an entrepreneur.
So I wanted to share with you 5 key things that entrepreneurs all have in common.
1. They don't use words like try,
wish, hope or luck because these infer the possibility of failure.
2. They don't have an entitled mindset. In other words they don't expect guaranteed results. Even when they invest in training themselves they realise they still have to put in effort to get their businesses working for them. They don't get stuck in education mode.
3. Entrepreneurs are normal people. Not the best looking, the most talented or most interesting people around. They are however RESOURCEFUL. They don't accept the status quo - they fight, question and challenge it.
4. They don't tell themselves they are not good at things - computers, marketing -
whatever - they just knuckle down and get on with the money making jobs to the best of their ability.
5. They don't focus on weaknesses - they focus on strengths
Fantastically enough all these qualities can be learned and
developed.
And it's well worth it.
Cheers
