I'd forgotten just how stressful yet exciting moving home is ! 

As I told you recently we sold our house online within 2 weeks - a far shorter time that we expected so the pressure is on to get everything tied up with the house in the country we found. 

What's struck me over the last few days is the sheer amount of conflicting information you get from all angles when going through all this. 

The main problem is that we were encouraged to put in a much lower offer than the property is valued at. But when a property is advertised for sale at "Offers over £XK" it's difficult to know what to offer. 

So yesterday I put in an offer which was rejected so I increased it. That was rejected too but I at least got the figure the seller was actually after.

Me and my better half talked it through last night and today I got our solicitors to put in the final offer - which I now know is what the seller wanted in the first place. 

Don't know about you but I prefer a simpler, more straight talking way of doing business. It's the involvement of estate agents, financial services people and lawyers that makes the whole house buying and selling thing so stressful IMHO. 

They all have their own angles and all want their piece of the pie. I'm not really complaining about that - I certainly couldn't or wouldn't do it without a solicitor but it can certainly be done without estate agents at least in the traditional sense. 

That's one of the main reasons I got involved with SFM actually. 

I knew what I was getting and how much it would cost. I was left in no doubt that my results would depend on my commitment and some hard work would be involved. And I knew that everything would done in one place. 

If you want to learn how to make your income online without an all inclusive platform like SFM and DEA it would be like buying and selling house on your own. 

You'd have to get your training, websites, hosting, auto-responders, marketing materials, graphics and all the other necessary ingredients from a raft of different suppliers. 

Also you'd be on your own. You wouldn't have the constant support from the company owners, staff and community. It wouldn't be impossible but it would be very difficult (And VERY expensive) 

Having been in the industry for some time now I have a very good idea of what that would be like and I can honestly tell you I'd have given up.   

That's why so many people I talk to tell me they've spent thousands on different courses, programmes and systems. It's just not a joined up approach.

I guarantee that in the same way that we are now seeing online companies like GoDaddy, Paypal and numerous website builders becoming household names, SFM and DEA will be a household name very soon. 

They will be the household name for individuals and businesses who want to leverage the undeniable power of the internet to change lives in our modern world. 

It's always better to be in at the start of something that's set to become massive - ask anyone who bought Microsoft or Apple shares back in the day….
