We put our house on the market yesterday - with an online agent of course ! 

I mean why in this day and age would you go looking for a new house in a shop window??? 

Why would you pay a commission to them that's a percentage of the price you get for your house?? 

When you can just pay a low, fixed fee for pretty much the same service. 

It's just another industry that's realising far too late that everyone else is doing business online.

I had a great chat with the online estate agent when he came to do the house photos (which I'm also using to create a video of the house on Youtube)

He was really switched on to digital marketing but had some gaps in his knowledge and has asked me for some help.
