I just finished writing an article on compliance. A boring subject I'll grant you but one that's very important for all of us.

It's a bit like Health and Safety. When I was in the audio visual industry that was part of our daily lives. If we won an event we had to do site assessments, Health and Safety checks, vetting of all crew involved and a host of other tedious but necessary things.

Accidents rarely happened as a result but when they did everything was fine 

Compliance is essential for those of us who are working online as affiliates and for those who want to work online and are looking for people to trust.

You may not know this but the big players in online advertising like Google and Facebook have seriously clamped down on what advertisers can and can't say.

In other words - If an advertiser uses a picture of them standing beside a Lamborghini to suggest or even imply that by buying their product you can get one then they can be asked to prove it. 

For anyone promoting their products dishonestly with that kind of message this is very bad news. It's dishonest and they WILL be stopped. 

For me this is very good news. 1. Because I utterly despise dishonesty, hype and lies.  

2. Because I'm with SFM. They have and always have been whiter than white. 

Stuart Ross and Jay Kubassek have made millions online, they have the flash cars, houses and lifestyle they talk about and they can prove it. 

That's why they have regular live events, run their business as a community and invest heavily in making sure they have every compliance box ticked.  

In fact they have just employed a very high profile general manager. Amongst other things he is charged with making sure compliance is immaculate. 

That's why they have an application process - so that they can actually make sure the people who join SFM and DEA are very clear about what's involved.

That's why anyone promoting their products (like me) will shortly be going through a compliance certification test.

Why do I welcome this? 

1. Because it maintains the faith and belief I have in what they do and what I do. 

2. Because it is going to help my business manyfold: I will be a certified, licensed reseller of DEA products - very soon these will be retail products 

3. It will give me another layer of expertise as a digital marketing consultant 

4. It protects an industry and lifestyle that I think is the best in the world 

For you this means that you can be confident that you are in safe hands when you choose SFM as the platform to start your online career and business.

Just to recap:

SFM and DEA offer training, business systems and a generous affiliate business. These are modelled on exactly the same knowledge and systems that the founders used to build their own hugely successful online businesses.

Training and systems only work if you actually put them to use though. SFM can prove by example that members and affiliates who do put this to work achieve results. 

Members, because this is a community set up, can talk to successful members - that's encouraged - and compare notes. So no-one is being spoon fed anything they can't check up on. 

It's impossible for SFM, DEA or anyone who is being honest (compliant) to tell you what you will earn. 

All they can do is give you the skills, systems and business model and give you access to a community who are putting them into action.

Some people get very fast results for others it takes longer. No one is going to physically stand over you and make sure you do the work. That's your job as an entrepreneur.  

Again that's why the application process is there. Neither me or SFM/DEA want to coerce people into joining us. We are serious business people looking for people with that mindset to grow this incredible business.
