Back in action ...

I got my trusty Canon 7d DSLR camera from the repair shop!

The usb port stopped working fro some reason so although I could still take pics and videos with it, I couldn’t down load them straight to my Macbook.

I also couldn’t use the laptop as a monitor for shooting videos so couldn’t check the focus or lighting.

I’ve been relying on my Iphone for video and to be fair it’s pretty good, but those tiny little lenses are just never going to compete with a purpose made, professional camera

So it’s great to be reunited with my trusty Canon - we’ve been together for over 10 years after all.

The repair wasn’t cheap but that camera has paid for itself many times over so I can’t complain about that.

So after this little easter break, i’ll be back action on the video front and have a few ideas lined up already.

Meantime, have a good long weekend if you’re having one
